At Intercept Health, we recognize that access to safe, reliable, and trauma-informed drivers are crucial to meeting the transportation needs of the children and adolescents served. Our Transportation Services are flexible to meet the needs of our clients. This could range from providing daily pick-up and drop-off services to and from school, to assisting individuals in getting to and from essential appointments, to assisting with transport of a client to out of state placements, all ensuring that transportation is not a barrier to ones treatment and well-being.
**Intercept Health Transportation services are funded through coordination with the local department of social services, department of education, and or the local Children's Services Act.**

Accessible
Local transportation can be provided for any type of situation within a 20-mile range. Distant cases are over 20 miles with out-of-state transportation are available.

How to Access Transportation
Fill Out a Referral Form
To begin the process, complete the Transportation Referral Form to be considered for services.
Approval
Once your referral is reviewed and funding is approved, we will coordinate your travel needs.
Ride Confirmation
After approval, you will receive confirmation of your transportation schedule.
