What is a mental intensive outpatient program (MH-IOP)

At Intercept Health, our Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides structured, flexible care for adolescents and adults needing more support than what is offered in traditional therapy, but does not require an inpatient stay. MH-IOP is ideal for those managing daily routines like workor school, combining group therapy, individual counseling, and medication management toaddress mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder.
