Since 1996, Intercept Health has grown from a group home provider to a full-service provider of specialized programming across the care continuum. We offer a variety of specialized services to meet the needs of individuals and families throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.

The LifeBridge Continuum of Care offers a comprehensive range of highly effective services designed to assist individuals and their families facing functional impairments at home, in school, or within the community. With services catering to children, adolescents, adults, and families, the LifeBridge Continuum of Care offers both individual and wrap-around options, ensuring flexibility and continuity of care.

At True North Clinic our continuum of care continues to evolve through close collaboration with healthcare experts and community partners. True North has adopted an integrated approach to healthcare, with highly qualified professionals that address you as a whole person rather than just an illness.

Our mission is to provide comprehensive therapeutic programs and effective medication management for individuals facing mental health challenges or suffering with substance use disorders and addiction.

Provides family training and intensive behavior therapy to individuals with disruptive behaviors, autism spectrum disorders and intellectual disabilities. Programming is designed to improve one’s ability to learn and enhance socially critical behaviors and independent living skills in our center-based programs. The ADOS-2 is available to assess for Autism across age, developmental level and language skills.

FreshSTART: DBHDS and DOE licensed, short term, 30-day Crisis Stabilization track, and 90-day assessment and diagnostic therapeutic group home focused on the unique developmental, emotional and behavioral needs of adolescents, ages 11-17. FreshSTART provides on-site education, a psychological evaluation and comprehensive summary of all assessments, clinical interviews, and the review and interpretation of information along with recommendations defining a path of needs and services that will best serve a youth at discharge.

Community Homes: Licensed by DBHDS, Therapeutic Group Home for adolescent males, ages 13 to 17 years, that deliver an array of clinical (individual, group, and family therapy) and treatment related services, including psychiatric and psycho-educational supports, family engagement, and life skills taught within the context of a home-like setting.

Intensive In-Home: Home-based mental health services (21 years of age and under) designed to prevent out-of-home placement; improve family dynamics; provide weekly individual and family interventions; psychoeducation; crisis intervention as needed; and overall focus on increasing functional and therapeutic interpersonal relations between family members in the home.

Mental Health Skill Building: Serving adults diagnosed with a Serious Mental Illness (SMI) with goal-directed training that develops and maintains community stability and independence in the most appropriate, least restrictive environment.

Parenting: Raising Our Children (ROC) serves families through evidence-based, family-centered trauma informed initiatives designed to build nurturing parenting skills with a focus on attachment; childcare and safety; health and nutrition; child growth and development; positive discipline; parental/family resilience.

Therapeutic Aide: Serving children and adolescents through implementation of behavior principles that increase use of coping and pro-social skills in a child's home setting or school to prevent placement disruption and reduce the risk for a more restrictive setting. TA's can also be requested for emergency and short notice situations to provide trauma-informed supervision of individuals in a hospital, home, social services, or community. 24-hour supervision is available.

Serving adolescents and adults by offering a comprehensive, structured and flexible approach to care for individuals needing more support than what is offered in traditional therapy, but does not require an inpatient stay. MH-IOP is ideal for those who are able to manage daily routines like work or school, combining group therapy, individual counseling, and medication management to address mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.

Licensed Independent Living Arrangements for young adults, ages 17-21, offering the least restrictive environment while still receiving case management and support focused on independence and self-sufficiency. YouthQuest's core components include: Learning and Application, Positive Youth Development, and Permanent Connections.

YouthQuest for Moms or Dads

Arrangements for young parents and their children, offering the least restrictive environment, additional support and parent skills training using the evidence-based Nurturing Parenting curriculum.

YouthQuest Anywhere

A community based independent living program for individuals (ages 14 -21) learning and applying life skills while continuing to live in their current living arrangement (this could include home, foster home, college dorm, etc.)
